Throughout history children have been the innocent victims of war.

This is the reason we decided to start Heroes of Light to help the children of Ukraine.

Few, if any, children obtain the psychological assistance needed. The fear and trauma experienced by the “average” child has rarely, if ever been addressed. This subtle trauma, can cause long lasting psychological issues.

We will address that average child's trauma through the use of technology, games and internet based therapy techniques to assist the largest number of children possible.

With his Dutch partner, American entrepreneur John F Sullivan founded Heroes of Light to address the urgent need for trying to alleviate the psychological trauma suffered by all the children of Ukraine as the result of russia's full scale invasion.

Mr Sullivan has been actively involved in Ukraine for well over a decade. He has traveled into Ukraine over 10 times during the full scale invasion and has seen first hand the effects of the invasion on the mental well being of Ukrainian children.

His partner in the project has been involved in various children's causes for decades and had been assisting individual Ukrainian youth since early in the invasion.

Upon meeting, they decided to team up and combine their expertise to address this major issue for the average children of Ukraine. If something innovative were not done, they knew an entire generation could be lost.

Thus started Heroes of Light.
