Background
Throughout history there have been major events that can cause trauma to human beings. Some of those events are natural disasters, others caused by man's inhumanity to man.
These traumatic events, if not addressed, can cause major Psychological ramifications throughout our lives. This is especially true of the most vulnerable and youngest among us… our children.

The Heroes of Light concept was the brainchild of John Sullivan and developed in collaboration with Sylvia Toth of the Netherlands.
HOL is based upon the knowledge that 80-90% of all children get little to no assistance in dealing with traumatic events. Those events can massively affect a child's future if not dealt with.
Using knowledge of how people best learn and the fact that children enjoy learning best while having fun. We combine that with psychological principles such as projective identification and finally developed the technological delivery of the process, you have a solution to hopefully provide help to the vast majority of the children.

The underlying processes we use from each field are not new, their combination and delivery is what is innovative.
We strive to find the solution to reach the vast majority of the children, those who never get any assistance.Partnerships
During the two+ years of development, we have created partnerships with various organizations Internationally and within Ukraine to facilitate awareness when released.We have arranged for various well known Ukrainian athletes, artists and celebrities to lend awareness to our project.Several more Ukrainian and international entities and firms have indicated their willingness to participate.
Use of
funds
The project will be given totally, without ANY costs, to the children and people of Ukraine.
- Funds will be used for additional expansion modules for teens and countrywide distribution.
- Awareness throughout the country to be done through channels established and are being expanded.
- The initial development stage costs were funded by Mrs Toth and Mr Sullivan.
